These terms govern access to TikiLease. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organization.
Accounts and authority
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You represent that you have authority to act for the organization you create or join and to manage the data you submit.
Acceptable use
Do not use TikiLease to break the law, violate another person’s rights, bypass access controls, distribute malicious code, disrupt the service, scrape it at unreasonable volume, or manage information you are not authorized to possess.
Subscriptions and modules
Plan limits and module access are described in the service at the time of selection. Paid pricing, billing intervals, taxes, renewal terms, and cancellation terms will be shown before a paid purchase is accepted. Features may change as the product evolves.
Customer data
You retain rights in the information you submit. You grant TikiLease the limited rights needed to host, process, back up, transmit, and display that information to provide and protect the service. You are responsible for the lawfulness and accuracy of your data.
Account-verification text messages
TikiLease SMS is limited to resident-requested account-verification codes. When you click “Send verification code” in the authenticated resident portal, you request one automated account-verification text from TikiLease at the mobile number displayed in your account. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency depends on your requests. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. For assistance, visit tikilease.com or email support@tikilease.com. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Payments and financial tools
Financial features help authorized users organize operational records. TikiLease is not a bank, law firm, accounting firm, tax adviser, or fiduciary, and the service does not replace professional advice or independent review.
Availability and changes
We work to keep TikiLease reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, security, provider outages, or events beyond our control. We may improve, replace, or discontinue features while taking reasonable care with customer data.
Suspension and termination
We may limit or suspend access to protect the service, comply with law, address nonpayment, or respond to material violations. You may stop using TikiLease at any time, subject to any displayed subscription commitments and lawful record-retention requirements.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, TikiLease is provided without implied warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot be waived.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as TikiLease changes. Material updates will be communicated through reasonable means, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
